First of all I\u2019d Like to point out their amazing range and knowledgeable staff, and very reasonable prices!
Anything from a service on the vehicle to trailer parts and wheels for just about anything including the Ride on you\u2019d be kidding your self to think there is anywhere else to go in Mackay!

A Massive shout out to Bec for going that extra Mile and making sure my vehicle is safe on the road and always giving me options that suit!

I\u2019ll Definitely be using this business again in future as I feel they take customer service to the next level!

Tim and the team gave us service above and beyond what was required. We had trailing arm suspension problems with our caravan. Despite being busy (no one else would help us) Tim agreed to take the suspension apart to assess it. He did not have the parts and tried for 2.5 days to obtain them, so we could get on the road back to Adelaide. In the end he could not get the parts and we have to ship the van home. He only accepted our payment in gratitude on our insistance.

I would just like to say a massive thank you to all the staff at the Mackay store for getting me back on the road safely so I can enjoy the rest of my road trip. Everyone I spoke to was so helpful and knowledgeable and I can't recommend you enough. I did go to two other stores and luckily I was pointed in your direction so I'm glad that happened. A huge thank you to you guys for helping us out on Monday Jan 14 when our daughter and her family had a major issue with their camper trailer at Sarina. When the new tow hitch was much more expensive than first thought, old mate gave us a substantial discount to help ease the pain a bit.

Excellent service with very competitive prices. Local contact, Dave was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable re tyres and front end alignments. Great record.
That was until an unfortunate encounter with an aggressive and ill informed workshop attendant spoilt that great record.
